J--Annual Synopsis of Repair BOA N00104-10-G-A001

This is an annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement with Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation; which serves as the presolication notice for all repair orders issued by NAVSUP for the period of 14 Mar 12 thru 14 Mar 13 for evaluation and repair of various repairable components of the Atmosphere Control System manufactured and repaired by Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation. Some of the major items to be repaired include: 7H-6130-01-445-8244, Electronic Component, P/N 347255-0002,7H-6130-01-021-6181, Power Supply Subass, P/N 347303-001, 7H-01-025-5692 Circuit Card Assembly, P/N 347310-001, 7H-5998-01-025-5691, Circuit Card Assembly, P/N 347308-001, 7H-5998-01-326-8727, Electronic Component, P/N 400000-101.However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Atmospheric Control System. A complete list of potential repairable items for which orders may be issued can be obtained upon request to the below cited point of contact. Individual delivery orders will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. A complete list of items and forecasted quantities can also be obtained upon request. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUP WSS solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
