This is an annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement withHamilton Sunstrand Corporation; which serves as the presolication noticefor all repair orders issued by NAVICP for the period of 23 Dec 10 thru 23Dec 11 for evaluation and repair of various repairable components of theAtmosphere Control System manufactured and repaired by Hamilton SunstrandCorporation. Some of the major items to be repaired include:7H-6130-01-445-8244, Electronic Component, P/N347255-0002,7H-6130-01-021-6181, Power Supply Subass, P/N 347303-001,7H-01-025-5692 Circuit Card Assembly, P/N 347310-001, 7H-5998-01-025-5691,Circuit Card Assembly, P/N 347308-001, 7H-5998-01-326-8727, ElectronicComponent, P/N 400000-101.However, individual orders may be issued for anysole source item of repair under this Atmospheric Control System. A complete list of potential repairable items for which orders may beissued can be obtained upon request to the below cited point of contact.Individual delivery orders will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3.A complete list of items and forecasted quantities can also be obtained uponrequest. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant tothis synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because theGovernment does not currently possess data necessary to compete the itemssolicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified asLA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing aninterest in supplying these items.
