Ground Communication System Block 10.2

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to procure a Ground Communication System (GCS) Block 10.2 system and the upgrade kit to upgrade the existing GCS Block 10.1 systems to the GCS Block 10.2 baseline. Also to be procured are their associated depot spares packages. A complete Government Specification document will be available as part of the solicitation. NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Requests for Proposals (RPPs) and amendments to RFPs. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. The actual closing date for proposals will be stated in the solicitation when issued. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
