Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a delivery order on a sole-source basis under Contract N00019-04-D-0070 with Raytheon Company, 2000 East El Segundo Dr., El Segundo, CA. 90245-0902. The Government intends to procure one AN/AAQ-29 Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) systems for use in the Helicopter Night Vision System (HNVS) on the CH-53 aircraft. See numbered notes 22 and 26.
