Supporting and Maintaining the Surveillance System for Chronic Kidney Disease in the United States

This award will build upon previous work to continue developing, supporting and improving the CKD Surveillance System in the United States, to monitor the burden and trends of CKD and its risk factors over time, and monitor and evaluate trends in achieving Healthy People 2020 objectives.
