Systems capable of both security functions and energy management functions. 246-50 Ancillary Services relating to Security/Facility Management Systems - Including services necessary to install the system (design through startup), maintain the system (including maintenance agreements, or training). The U.S. Forest Service, EROC-NW servicing Region 6 has a requirement to replace the Facilities Management System at Coldwater Creek Visitor Center and Johnson Ridge Observatory and associated buildings. The selected contractor will provide an onsite assessment of the existing control systems, design a new system and install a new system per the manufacture's specification Work includes furnishing all Labor and Materials required to complete the project.
