This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-09-G-A756 with Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corp, Cheswick, PA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVSUPWSS for the period 2012 Jul 15 thru 2012 Jul 15 for the evaluation and repair of Secondary Propulsion Units and Seals. Some representative NSNs are as follows: NSN 2S 6105-01-436-5751, Secondary Propulsion Unit (SPU); NSN 2S 1005-01-516-6151, Secondary Propulsion Unit; NSN 7H 5330-01-121-0213, Oil Seal, Outer, C.E.; NSN 7H 4320-01-121-0214, Air Seal, Inner, T.E.; NSN 7H 3110-01-463-6289 PP, Bearing, Ball, Annula. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUPWSS solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
