This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-06-G-A751 with General Dynamics, Electric Boat Division, Groton CT and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period 2011 March 27 to 2011 July 24 for the evaluation and repair of the items listed below: NSN 2S 6105-00-830-8048 E3, AC Motor; NSN 2S 6105-00-087-0402 E3, AC Motor; NSN 4Y 6105-01-076-0568, AC Motor; NSN 2S 6105-00-943-7643 E3, Propulsion Motor; NSN 2S 6105-01-076-9062 E3, Secondary Propulsion Motor and NSN 7H 6105-01-056-1314, AC Motor. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
