The Pine Bliff Arsenal intends to award a GSA Contract on Schedule 70 for providing labor and material to install Fiber Cable; only Contractors with GSA Contracts in Schedule 70 or similar Schedules need apply: 11,400 ft 6 strand MM armoured on 6 ree ls; 600 FT 24 stran MM armoured; 600 ft 24 strand SM armoured; 120 ea Avaya ST MM fiber Connecters; 9 ea. unit wall mount fiber shelves, 28 ea coupler Panels. Labor includes excavation and restoration of trenches to 3 ft dept.; boring and palcing of condu it; hand dig existing cable; install ground rods with clamps; terminate & Test Fiber/ install LIUs; install pad and 3M cabinet.
