Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) for the non-recurring engineering, kit and removal of the Interference Canceller from CV-22 Productions Lots 5-XX aircraft

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-07-G-0008 to the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, 401 Tiltrotor Drive, Amarillo, TX 79111 on a sole-source basis for non-recurring engineering and retrofit effort associated with an Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) for the removal of the Interference Canceller from CV-22 aircraft. The ECP will include the non-recurring engineering, kits and installation. Bell-Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Tilt-Rotor Aircraft. Bell-Boeing is the only source that possesses the technical data and requisite knowledge required to perform this effort. See note 22. “Underline Note 22 if this is a noncompetitive actions”)
