15 -- Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) for the SIRFC Forward Transmit Antenna Radome Redesign for the CV-22 tiltrotor aircraft

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-07-G-0008 to the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, 401 Tiltrotor Drive, Amarillo, TX 79111 on a sole-source basis for the production incorporation and retrofit effort associated with an Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) for the SIRFC Forward Antenna Radome Redesign for the CV-22 tiltrotor aircraft. The ECP will include the production incorporation as well as the retrofit recurring engineering and installation of upto 18 systems onto CV-22 aircraft. Bell-Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Tilt-Rotor Aircraft. Bell-Boeing is the only source that possesses the technical data and requisite knowledge required to perform this effort.
