15 -- Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 0782, Forward ALE-47 Dispenser with Cabin Dispense Switch for V-22 Tiltrotor Aircraft

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-07-G-0008 to Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, 401 Tiltrotor Drive, Amarillo, TX 79111 on a sole-source basis for retrofit effort associated with Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 0782, Forward ALE-47 Dispenser with Cabin Dispense Switch , for V-22 tiltrotor aircraft. This initial order will include the procurement and installation of approximately twelve ALE-47 retrofit kits into twelve V-22 tiltrotor aircraft. The Bell-Boeing team is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Tilt-Rotor Aircraft. Bell-Boeing is the only source that possesses the technical data and requisite knowledge required to perform this effort. See note 22.
