15 -- Non-recurring engineering associated with the Nacelle Blower Engineering Change Proposal for V-22 tiltrotor aircraft

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-04-G-0007 with the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office of Patuxent River, MD for the non-recurring engineering associated with the V-22 tiltrotor aircraft Nacelle Blower Engineering Change Proposal. The anticipated date for issuance of the order is no later than 30 October 2004. The performance period shall begin at the date of order and shall be completed no later than 30 September 2005. Bell-Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 tiltrotor aircraft and is the only known source with the required technical expertise and data to meet the Government’s needs.
