28 -- Spare Components for the T58-GE-400B Engine in Support of the VH-3D/VH-60N Presidential Helicopter

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, non-commercial, Firm-Fixed Price Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-04-G-0009 to General Electric Aircraft Engines (GEAE) to manufacture and provide OEM-qualified VH-3D (T-58) engine spare parts. GEAE is the only known source with the necessary technical data, knowledge, experience and expertise required to perform this effort. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
