MH-60S Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 4046R1 Retrofit Modifications Kits and Tooling

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), Stratford, CT. The anticipated order is for the procurement ECP 4046R1 Block 2 and Block 3 Retrofit Kits, Active Vibration Control (AVC) Master Tool Assembly, and Consumable Tools set for the integration of modifications for the incorporation of AVC, DALS, and associated wiring and cable changes into MH-60S Block 2 and Block 3 aircraft. This procurement will include a Base quantity of nine (9) kits and Option quantity of three (3) kits, and the associated tooling set and consumable tools for the kits. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. SAC has the proprietary technical data, experience, equipment, and special skills to furnish the supplies and services within the required timeframe.
