MH-60R/S Component and Equipment Vibration Environment Analysis on the MH-60R/S Aircraft

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to request a proposal and negotiate on a sole-source basis a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Stratford, Connecticut. This effort requires analysis of multiple aircraft configurations and component impacts and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the only source with the data and resources needed to perform this effort on the MH-60 aircraft. The anticipated order will be for contractor efforts needed to perform the flight test data review, define aircraft vibration zones and define recommended equipment vibration qualification test levels.
