Removal of Forward Bridge Retaining Zee and Sacrificial Insulator from Swashplate Flight Control Linkage Installation on the MH-60 Aircraft

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source order under a Basic Ordering Agreement with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), Stratford, CT. It is anticipated that this contract action will be a Firm Fixed Price order for production changes to include (1) removing the retaining zee and attaching hardware and the sacrificial insulator from the forward bridge attachment area of the swashplate flight control linkage installation, (2) installing a self-locking nut onto the forward bridge attachment dowel pin and (3) delivery of a Class I Engineering Change Proposal to support these changes. SAC is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60 aircraft.
