16 -- Repair and Overhaul Parts for All Models of A/MH-6 Special Operations Aircraft

The United States Special Operations Command has a requirement for repair and overhaul on commercial parts associated with all models of A/MH-6 special operations aircraft. As a result of this notice, The Government intends to initiate call orders against an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with MD Helicopters, Inc.(MDHI), 5000 E. McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215 for parts that only MDHI can repair or overhaul. MDHI owns all proprietary data and special tooling for the repairs and overhauls. The BPA (H92241-05-A-0006) will list all parts eligible for repair or overhaul and will expire on 31 Dec 09. Individual purchases (calls) under this BPA are limited to $500,000 or less, with a BPA dollar limit of $5,000,000.
