99--Bulldog Teardrop Style Racks in support of the NAVSUP WSS, Mechanicsburg PA.

NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to procure Bulldog Teardrop Style Racks in support of the NAVSUP WSS, Mechanicsburg PA. The proposed contract will provide these racks to the requesting activity. These racks will allow for adequate storage at the facility. The proposed procurement is being processed on an other than full and open competitive basis with Route 1 pursuant to section 4202 of Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a), 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), One source or limited source. The proposed action will result will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. Bulldog is the only brand of racks that will integrate with the existing rack system already in place. As such, Bulldog is the sole provider and developer of this technology. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
