41--15 Ton Roof Top HVAC System

SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDTEDS WEBSITE (www.fedteds.gov). Solicitation will be issued on or about March 20, 2006. Contractor shall furnish and deliver one (1) 15 Ton packaged heat pump, Carrier model 50 HJQ016 high efficien cy 15 Ton packaged heat pump with factory mounted Carrier Premier Link Controller, modulating economizer, power exhaust, spring isolated roof curb and electric heat, or equal, along with Carrier VVT® zoning system 3V" control system or equal. The Carrier VVT® zoning system 3V" control system shall include the following components; one (1) supply air temperature sensor, Carrier model 33ZCSENSAT, one (1) user interface, Carrier model 33PILOT-01, four (4) round zone dampers, Carrier model 33ZCDR16ZC-01, four (4) pressure dependent controllers, Carrier model 33ZCVVTZC-01, four (4) space temperature sensors with set point adjustment and unoccupied override button, Carrier model 33ZCT56SPT, one (1) primary air temperature sensor, Carrier model 33ZCSENPAT, one (1) bypass controller, Carrier model 33ZCBC-01, and one (1) bypass control damper, Carrier model 33ZCDR16ZC-01. Government personnel will install the new HVAC system. The contractor shall also provide three (3) Operation and Maintenance Manuals describing t he setup, parts, operation and annual maintenance for the new HVAC system. The new HVAC system shall be warranted for materials and labor for a period of no less than one year. Item is for the Ice Harbor Lock and Dam located at Burbank, WA 99323.
