R -- Respirator Mask Exchange and Administrative Support

452d Operational Contracting Office, March Air Reserve Base CA., intends to award a sole source Fixed Price Contract to Ed Fickley Consultant LLC, Southeastern Safety & Environmental Supply, a Small Business, Cage 3FPY5, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); Soliciting from a single source because of exclusive licensing agreements between Scott Technologies and Ed Fickey Consultant LLC. This effort is part of a coordinated approach between HQ Air Force Reserve Command and Scott Technologies,Inc., to support the purchase, distribution and exchange of respirators throughout the Command's thirteen bases. The contractor will assist in the collection of the old M95 respirators and distribution of the new M110 respirators. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Competitive Offers in accordance with FAR 15.201(3), and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract, however, any firm that believes it can meet the specifications above may give written notification to the Acquisition Specialist. Interested firms must also provide detailed documentation to support their ability to provide the above listed requirements to this office within 7 days. All information received should be marked, proprietary, and will be handled accordingly. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
