8(A) Reservation Procurement for various fuel products to support post, camps and stations for the Department of Defense and Federal Civilian Agencies throughout Customer Organized Group 6 (COG 6) covering the following states: OK, SD, TX and WY

Agency/Office Defense Logistics Agency Location: Defense Energy Support Center The Defense Energy Support Center intends to issue an 8(A) Reservation Solicitation SP0600-08-R-0221 on or about October 3, 2008 for the following multi-year (3 years) requirements: Fuel Oil Burner #2 (FS2) 373,200 gallons, Gasohol, REG UNL (GUR) 5,537,156 gallons, Red-Dyed ULSD #2 Grade (DSS) 169,246 gallons, TX Low Emission Dyed ULSD 1,600,000, and Summer ULSD (DS2) 1,774,860 gallons. Contracts awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a Requirements type contract, Fixed Priced with Economic Price Adjustment. All invited responsible 8(A) sources are requested to submit offers. DESC anticipates conducting negotiations with Offerors submitting proposals under the subject solicitation SP600-08-R-0221, but reserves the right to make contract award(s) based on initial offers submitted.
