89 -- Perishable and Nonperishable Food Items

Contractor to provide all labor, materials, transportation and equipment necessary to furnish perishable and nonperishable food items to the 914th Airlift Wing (AW), Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, Niagara Falls, New York. The 914th AW intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for these products. Payment for these products will be made by using a Government Purchase Card (Visa). This will be a commercial contract through a 100% Small Business Competitive Set-aside solicitation; however, if sufficient competition is not obtained it will revert to being full and open competition automatically. Multiple awards may be considered as a result of this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 445110, with a small business size standard of $23 million. Registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system is required (DFARS 252.204-7004, Alt A). Registration may be made via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or calling 1-888-227-2423.
