Travis AFB is seeking to acquire contracts for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel for shipment and/or storage of drayage and related services for permanent change of duty station as well as local moves through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) within the delineated areas (Schedule I, outbound; Schedule II, inbound; and Schedule III, intra-city) in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will be included in the solicitation RFP (Request for Proposal) , California. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Period of Performance (POP) is a one-year Base Period, 01 October 2013 through 30 September 2014, with four (4) one-year Option Periods, subject to availability of funds. The North American Classification System (NAICS) is 484210 and the related size is $25.5M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is V003. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 4214. Award will be made based upon the criteria set forth in the RFP, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items. Small Business Concerns that are not responsive to the RFP requirements will be ineligible for award. The RFP will be made available on or after 15 June 2013.
