V -- Household Goods Packing and Crating Services at Yokosuka Naval Base, Yokosuka, Japan

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to ensure that household goods (HHG) packing and crating services at Yokosuka Naval Base, Yokosuka, Japan. The period of performance is anticipated to be for a one-year basic period with four (4) one-year options, for total five (5) years. The anticipated performance start date is 1 Jan 05. Offeror will propose a rate for complete services including premove survey, servicing of appliances, disassembly of furniture, packaging, inventorying, tagging, wrapping, padding, packing and bracing of HHG in shipping containers for inbound, outbound and local moves (intra-cities in Japan).
