The Embassy of the United States in Manila, Philippines, will release a solicitation for a Vehicle, 2016 Hiace Commuter M/T, Silver. 5-speed Manual Transmission Dash Mounted; 3.0L Diesel, 4-Cylinder, In-Line 16 Valve DOHC Variable Nozzle Turbo with Intercooler (Turbo Charged); New Emission System Euro 4; Double Wishbone w/ Stabilizer Bar/Rigid Axle, Leaf Spring Suspension; Ventilated Front Discs/Rear Drum Brakes; Rack and Pinion Power Assist; 195/80 R15 Steel with Full Cap; Vinyl seats; Dual, Manual Controls Aircondition; 15 seating capacity.. No paper copies will be mailed. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered, but electronic submissions will not be accepted. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about end of August 2016. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation. Note: As required by U.S. Government's federal acquisition regulation (FAR) provision 52.204-7, SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (JULY 2013) , which will be included in the solicitation, prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
