U--Contractor instructor pilot services by the flight hour, under a commercial fee for service arrangement

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD intends to procure on a full and open limited brand name mandatory competition for E-6 In-Flight Trainer (IFT) on a fee for service basis. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to announce that the 21 July 2004 Industry Day presentation and Questions & Answers from the one-on-ones are posted on the NAVAIR website along with some additional information. Documentation from Industry Day and the One-on-One’s can be obtained at http://www.navair.navy.mil under the “Doing Business” section. A draft solicitation will be posted on the NAVAIR website in the upcoming weeks.
