Data Digitization, GIS Products and Database Support

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Oologah Technologies Inc, Stennis Space Center, MS, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, under the authority of The Veterans Benefit Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 657f) and FAR 19.14 for commercial services utilizing procedures of FAR 12 and 13. The requirement is for an anticipated firm fixed-price (FFP) type purchase order in accordance with a Statement of Work for Data Digitization, GIS Products, and Database Support. Performance of the SOW requires specialized knowledge and understanding of NAVOCEANO's scientific computing infrastructure, MIW database population procedures, GIS software applications and MIW-specific software programs. Extensive training and security clearances are required. A one year period of performance is anticipated. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer.
