N -- Furnish a Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Stand-beside System

The Defense Commissary Agency has a requirement for a contractor to furnish a Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Stand-beside system which has the capability to process Government tender (WIC, Food Stamps, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families). The equipment and associated services is for 16 commissaries located in the state of Texas and New Mexico. Contractor is responsible for the delivery, installation, sales support, training and equipment maintenance to the individual commissary locations. Contractor must be WIC EBT Texas and New Mexico State-certified for this work. The number of systems and delivery schedule for each commissary location will be identified in the solicitation. The NAICS code is 522320 and the business size standard is $6 million. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be released on or about 18 April 2006.
