Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is looking for qualified companies to participate in an upcoming Request for Quote (RFQ) for a comprehensive benefits package. MTC employs approximately 9,000 employees and currently operates 24 Job Corps contracts and 24 correctional contracts including subcontracts, student recruitment, graduate placement services, and inmate medical services. MTC is soliciting information from qualified vendors to assess their capabilities in designing, administering, and implementing a bona fide benefits package that meets the requirements of the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) at. The selected vendor will implement a benefits plan that will utilize the applicable health and welfare fringe rates at specific locations to provide employees with a comprehensive medical plan, dental plan, and other benefits such as life, short term disability etc. The vendor must have proven experience in working with SCA contracts in administering benefits to be considered. RFQ's will be sent to qualified companies. Companies designated as small business enterprise (e.g. small business, small disadvantaged, women-owned, HUBZone, veteran-owned, or service-disabled veteran-owned) are preferred, but not required.
