Other employee services, such as retail shops, cleaners, banks, etc., shall also be located within this area. Building/Space Layout: • Offered space must be on no more than two (2) floors and cannot be separated by more than three (3) floors within a building. • The design of the space offered shall be conducive to efficient layout and good utilization. • The building shall project a professional and aesthetically pleasing appearance inside and outside, with an attractive frontage and entrance. • Space must meet the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. • Other typical and special requirements as called for in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) package. • Agency cannot be located within same building as Offices of the United States Attorneys or Probation and Pretrial Services Offices. • Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday – Friday; accessible 24/7. • Parking spaces for Government Owned Vehicles (GOV’s) are required and should be accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. • Floor load capacity should be capable of holding a high-density mobile file system fully loaded at 300 linear feet of file shelves. • A fully serviced lease is required.
