(RSF): 1,372 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): The greater of local code or 12 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): The greater of local code or 10 spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 spaces Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Three (3) years firm with 120-day termination rights after firm term. If the Government terminates the lease before Tenant Improvements (TI) are paid off, the Government will pay the remaining TI balance at the time of lease termination.
