(ABOA): 10,424 USF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Sixty three (63), parking spaces are required at no cost on site Parking Spaces (Structured): Sixty three (63), parking spaces are required at no cost on site. Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: • Office space must be contiguous. • Street level space is preferred and upper floor space requires two (2) accessible elevators to the proposed space. • Space shall be located in a professional office building. • Subleases are not acceptable • The Government requires a fully serviced lease. • The agency shall have access to their space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
