General Services Administration seeks to lease 149,845 useable square feet of 'Class A' office and related use space located in the Seattle Central Business District. This space along with 18 parking stalls will be used to house a US Government Agency Regional Office performing its administrative mission for a term of 10 years. The building where the Agency currently resides will be considered along with other properties, including new construction. Occupancy is required by August 1, 2006. The building must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, Security Requirement, Seismic Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements must be provided in consideration of rental to be paid. Interested parties should submit locations for inspection in writing to this office no later than November 19, 2004. Responses from other than owners must include written authority to represent ownership.
