The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 34,500 rentable square feet of contiguous office/lab space and related space yielding a minimum of 30,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet along with 35 parking spaces, of which five are to be inside, covered, or structured. The facility will house the Department of Homeland Security / Customs and Border Protection. Of the 30,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet, 12,260 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet is to be designated as laboratory space and the remainder shall be office space. The lease term has been amended to be 20 years firm. This ad is in reference to previous ads posted under solicitation numbers 6CA0133 and 8CA3032.
