Western Boundary: 5th Street SW that runs into 5th Street NW, crosses W. Stewart Avenue and continues north on 4th Street NW until it runs into River Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,622 Maximum Sq. Ft. A minimum of four (4) parking spaces must be secured by a chain link fence or motorized gate. After hours janitorial service is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease [is/is not] required.
