Energy Security

This is a notice of our intent to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Army continues to seek improvements to energy security and resilience at its installations. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intents to release the RFP for the lease of land at the Joint Forces Training Base in Los Alamitos, California, for an energy generation and resilience opportunity.
