Passenger transportation services

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Tri Mission will launch it on this site when it is available. The contractor shall perform passenger transportation services, vehicles with drivers, for any upcoming official visits to Vienna, Austria. The Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity type contract will be for one year and two option years, if exercised by the Government. Anticipated starting date is September 1, 2023. The Statement of Work includes an estimated number of 500 van rental hours, 100 limousine rental ours and 50 SUV rental hours per contract year. Additionally, there is a requirement for an estimated number of 100 VAN airport rides per contract year. The awarded contractor has to guarantee a minimum of five drivers with a valid security clearance at all times. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, who is a responsible contractor. Furthermore, the Government reserves the right to award a single task order contract or to award multiple task order contracts under this solicitation.The resultant contract(s) will be firm fixed price type contract(s). All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www. sam.gov prior to the submittal of quotations. No electronic offers will be accepted.
