The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) proposes to extend the period of performance under Contract No. PBGC01-CT-05-0750 with Kelley Drye Warren LLP. Under this contract, Kelley Drye Warren LLP is providing legal services in connection with the Delphi Corporation matter. An extension to the contract for approximately 18 months is contemplated. This modification will ensure continuity of work and timeliness of delivery. This is not a request for proposal. See Note 22.
