This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice that requires an Architect and/or Engineering (A&E) services to “Replace Carpeting" at Lake Nona VA Medical Center. This project is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSB). The NAICS code for this procurement is 541310 “Architectural Services” and the annual small business size standard is $12.5M. The projected award date for the anticipated A&E contract is on or before December 31, 2023. All information needed to submit SF330 documents is contained herein. The magnitude for construction (not design) of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.00 - FAR 36.204 (f).
