The proposed action will be a work order issued against an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity A/E contract for GSA Region 6 (GS06P04GYD0004). The contractor is Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture, P.C., 1516 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68102-4409. The FSC Code is C211, NAICS Code 541310 and the size standard is $4,500,000. The estimated amount of the work order, being used for construction administration services, is $45,000. The construction administration work to be delivered under this contract includes, but is not limited to: record drawings and specifications, as built drawings, and submittals at the Federal Building, 203 W. 2nd Street, Grand Island, Nebraska.
