The North American Industrial Classification Code is 541310 (Architectural Services) and the size standard is $4.5 Million. A modification will be awarded for Architect-Engineer services for project IMO21459, Phase IV Renovation, and is being issued to exercise options previously negotiated at time of base award for Procurement, Construction Contract Administration, and Construction Management Services. The total amount of this ARRA modification is $5,508,698.00. The work will be performed at the Richard Bolling Federal Building, 601 E. 12 th Street, Kansas City, Missouri.
