Field Service and Shop Repair Support for Sperry Marine Navigation and Steering Gear Equipment

The purpose of this contract is to procure Northrop Grumman/Sperry Marine certified Contractor(s) to provide systems and service support for MSC vessels' steering gear and navigation equipment, specifically Northrop Grumman/Sperry Marine brand. Vessels owned and operated by Military Sealift Command including, but are not limited to, T-AO Oiler Ships, T-AFS Combat Stores Ships, T-AFT Fleet Tugs, T-AE/T-AOE Ammunition Ships, T-AH Hospital Ships, T-ARS Salvage Ships, and T-AKE Stores Ships, T-ARC Cable Layer Ships, JHSV Ships, T-AGM Ships, T-AS Sub Tender Ships, and LLC Command Ships. This requirement will be fulfilled through the award of a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with firm-fixed-price task orders. The period of performance will include a one-year firm period, with four one-year option periods. This procurement is a FAR Part 12 acquisition being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures as defined in FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program. Accordingly, simplified acquisition procedures apply.
