R--Engineering Services

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement with the University of Michigan, 503 Thompson St, Ann Arbor, MI, 481091340. The contractor will provide engineering service Tempest subject matter expertise for a period of thirteen (13) months. Award of a firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes however all responsible sources submitting quotes within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
