Summary of Project Scope: Original architect-engineer task order was to provide a Design-Build Request for Proposal (RFP) document for a multi-story (approximately 511,000 gross SF) Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton (HRCP), California and a multi-level parking structure for approximately 1,500 cars, surface parking and associated development of access roads at the US Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, Ca. This pre-solicitation notice is for in-scope modification that is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Modification is to provide architect-engineering services to respond to all Request for Information (RFI) submitted by the design build contractors; incorporate changes into a conformed set of plans, provide sketches documenting changes, review and provide changes to the NAVFAC template for commissioning, provide narrative to proposed list of desirables, and provide reproduction for conformed plans.
