Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to increase the ceiling on the Basic Ordering Agreement Number N00024-07-G-5438-L656 issued as a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems, U.S. Combat Systems, 163 Rochester Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40214-2683. BAE Systems is the OEM and sole owner of the proprietary data rights and manufacturing drawings of MK38 Mod 2 Gun System. The Contractor shall continue to provide authorized engineering services to include, but will not be limited to, finalization of all required ICD's, logistic support documentation, engineering support, fleet technical support, and backfit efforts.
