FY 24-29 Level of Effort Cooperative Engagement Capability Design Agent Follow On Modification

Special Notice Synopsis : The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to use other than full and open competition to award a modification to existing contract N0002425C5239 with Raytheon Company in Largo, Florida. Contract N0002425C5239 was originally awarded to Raytheon on 26 November 2024 as a sole-source contract for Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Design Agent Engineering Services. The contract modification will increase contract scope to acquire government purpose data rights for Raytheon’s Independent Research & Development (IR&D)-developed software, supporting the expansion of network operations beyond line-of-sight. Disclaimer: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement prior to the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
