The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to award a firm-fixed price task order for design services to prepare construction plans and specifications for the replacement of critical mechanical and electrical systems in main laboratory building at the Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory in Athens, Georgia. This task order will be issued against an existing contract which has already been competed under the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect-Engineering Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract. This opportunity is available only to the Architect-Engineering firm under contract AG-3K15-C-6-0003. This task order will be awarded to Toland & Mizell Architects, Inc., 600 Means Street NW, Suite 200, Atlanta, Georgia 30318.
