RECOVERY – Notice of Intent to Award a Task Order for Architect and Engineering Services for major renovations to the facility in Miles City, MT to address deferred maintenance of critical mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and incidental repairs

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to award a firm-fixed price task order for design services to update existing construction plans and specifications for the major renovations to the research center in Miles City, Montana. The renovations are to address critical deferred maintenance items by repair or replacement of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and incidental repairs. This task order will be issued against an existing contract which has already been competed under the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect-Engineering Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract. This opportunity is available only to the contractor under contract AG-3K15-C-8-0011. This task order will be awarded to DMJM Design, 3101 Wilson Blvd, Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22201.
