L -- Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Services

***MODIFICATION 2, PROVIDED AS INFORMATION ONLY*** This modification is provided to clarify the service requirement as stated in synopsis UAV-ISR-0001. NAVAIR intends to acquire the complete service, TO INCLUDE EQUIPMENT AND LABOR, necessary to operate, maintain, and support Unmanned Air Vehicle System (UAS) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions. The Government does NOT possess, and will NOT provide, the UAS equipment necessary to fullfill this service requirement. The Navy plans to release the formal solicitation, via the Internet, on or about 21 May 2007. The solicitation will be available on the NAVAIR solicitation webpage located on the World Wide Web (www). The www server may be accessed using client browsers such as Netscape and Internet Explorer. The www address, or Uniform Resource Locator (URL), for the NAVAIR solicitation webpage is http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/. In addition to the availability of the solicitation for downloading at this webpage, the Navy will also post notification of solicitation release and any release of subsequent amendments via the FEDBIZOPS website.
